Cambiago, Milan area, Italy
A nerdy sales consultant. Or a nerd who can also sell. 🤓
My name is Francesco Nocella. Today I sell: I find clients, run negotiations and close agreements for ICT Sviluppo, BBS and Bio3DPrinting. Before that, from 2016 to 2024, I ran the digital channels of industrial and food groups: Amazon Vendor, marketplaces, B2B e-commerce. Which is why, when I sell a project, I also know how it is built.
Right now
Since July 2026, remote
Bio3DPrinting

Since April 2026, remote
ICT Sviluppo, Shopify Premier Partner

BBS
New clients, contracts, corporate portfolio.
The craft
This is what I do now: I find new clients, negotiate contracts and agreements, manage a corporate portfolio and keep an eye on market and competitors.
Today I sell and deliver Shopify projects for a Premier Partner. Before that, B2B e-commerce on Magento for Eurofood (dec.it) and a Shopify company store for Ineco. I also work with WooCommerce, WordPress and PrestaShop.
I ran Amazon Vendor as operational and strategic manager at Eurofood and Krino, and the ManoMano channel for Krino: catalogues, product pages, orders, disputes, operational performance, vendor manager relationship.

How I work
I look for the solution instead of the standoff, and I keep the workplace collaborative and orderly.
If I give a date, that is the date. I would rather say straight away that something does not add up than deliver it late.
Curious and stubborn. I try new things before talking about them, off the clock too.
Taking a problem apart, understanding how it is made and putting it back together better. It is the trade I studied, industrial design, applied to things that are not objects.
Off the clock
Software is not my trade. But when a problem stays in my head too long, I end up solving it myself. That is how these were born.
For Italian freelancers, su fiscosplit.it
It tells you how much to set aside for VAT, taxes and social contributions on every invoice you collect, in the worst case.

Personal finance, su patrimion.io
The spreadsheets I used to keep, turned into an application: accounts, spending, investments, goals, pension. Wealth in the widest sense, comparable year on year.
